These Terms of Use are to be considered a legal Agreement (the "Agreement") between MyCampusRental, LLC and the property
manager, owner, or individual acting on behalf of the property.
FEES
Listing Fee: The Company does not charge a monthly fee for the advertising,
promoting, and marketing of the property.
Success Fee: The Company charges a Success Fee for a Successful Lease transaction between a tenant (the "Renter") and
the Client. Leases that meet the following requirements are to be deemed a Successful Lease:
The Renter referred MyCampusRental to your property; through a referral sheet,
guest card or lease application.
The Renter's name appears on the lease agreement as an occupant.
The Renter must reside at the Client's property for a period of no less
than 30 days or the Success Fee will be reimbursed.
Payment Agreements
The Company will provide the Client with an email confirmation for each Successful Lease.
At the end of each month, the Company will provide the Client with an invoice of the total for all Successful Leases, which is deemed the payment amount (the "Payment").
ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS
The Client shall allow the use of documents, photos, information, digital media, and other forms of material or content collected from
the Client for all normal advertisement and business operations of the Company without expressed consent from the Client. The Company reserves the right to revise or reject for any reason
any advertising content or material submitted. All graphical design created by the Company remain the property of the Company and may not be reproduced in any other publication, websites, or
materials without the Company's written consent.
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all liability for the content of all
advertising supplied to the Company. The Client warrants to the Company that all information supplied to the Company is true, accurate and complete, that it is not libelous or defamatory,
that it violates no rights of privacy, that it infringes no trademark, copyright, literary or other rights. The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and
all claims, demands, liability, suits, costs or expense, arising by reason of the publication of the Client's advertisement and use of the website, www.MyCampusRental.com (the
"Website"), whether such claims are well founded or not. The Client agrees that the Company's liability in all cases shall be limited to any amount paid by the Client pursuant to
this Agreement. The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. The Company does not participate in any actual lease transactions between Landlords and Renters,
including, without limitation, negotiations, discussions, or proposals;
2. The Company has no obligation to inspect the property or to verify the accuracy of information contained in
a preview of the Client's property or offers;
3. The Company is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites to which the Client may provide a link using
www.MyCampusRental.com;
4. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of any information on the Website, and is not responsible for any errors, omissions or misrepresentations (made
by Renters, the Client, or otherwise). All information obtained on the Website must be verified independently.
5. The Company may amend or cancel this Agreement at any time without
the written consent of the Client.
MyCampusRental, LLC is a limited liabilty company based in Marshall Minnesota.
Termination of
Agreement
This Agreement shall remain in effect unless the Client terminates the Agreement. The Client may cancel this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the
Company. However, should the Client cancel the Agreement with the Company, the Client is responsible for Payment due to the Company for all Successful Leases from previous Renters.
By entering into this Agreement, you hereby represent and warrant that you have the power and authority to enter into this Agreement, meaning you are an agent or
representative of the property.
